Payment
We accept most major credit cards which are processed through authorize.net, one of the largest secure transaction processing gateways available, using SSL encryption, the industry standard.
We accept PayPal, the largest and most trusted method of on-line purchasing available.
We accept cashiers checks and money orders, but not personal checks. The cashiers check or money order needs to be drawn against a US bank. The order will be processed after receipt of the check, so this methods takes a few days longer to fulfill.
Shipping and Handling
We ship using the United States Postal Service, which ships to almost every country in the world. Shipping rates depend on the destination country and order quantity, but for single orders the rates vary from $2.50 for domestic US shipments to $6.00 for Europe and Asia
Fulfillment
We attempt to fill every order within two days if the product is in stock. If the product is not in stock, it will be listed as "Out of Stock" and we will not accept orders.
Warranty
There is no warranty expressed or implied on the Onhand series of electronic device gloves
Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the product you receive from TKO Solutions, return it within 2 weeks for a refund. You must contact us at CustomerService@tko-solutions.com for an RMA number and return instructions first. A 15% restocking fee will be charged. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA.
